What's my primary role?

• Provide maintenance, repair and/or rebuild to mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment in building.
• Monitor renovation and remodeling projects

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Technical/mechanical knowledge and ability to maintain and repair equipment
• Work in extreme temperatures (outside and inside)
• Knowledge and experience with use of power equipment (lawn equipment, chain saw, skill saws, etc.)
• Ability to maintain high level of professionalism
• Ability to be on-call for emergency situations
• Ability to build caring relationships and work in a team environment
